Senior CICD Engineer (Hybrid)

As Senior CI/CD Engineer you focus on designing implementing and optimizing continuous integration and delivery pipelines that enable high-quality secure and reliable software delivery across multiple geographies.

As a senior member of the DevOps team you will play a critical role in shaping our global delivery pipelines embedding automation into every stage of the software lifecycle and empowering engineering teams to ship faster and more reliably. You will contribute to global products and platforms that serve both internal and external customers in Commercial Real Estate across multiple regions. Working closely with international Product Engineering Data QA and Architecture teams you will ensure delivery excellence engineering quality and great consumer experience.

You are a hands-on problem-solver with strong software design principles who thrives in a collaborative and agile environment.  As a senior member of the DevOps function you will set technical direction drive best practices and mentor junior engineers while building solutions with real business impact.

Pipeline Architecture and Automation

• Architect and maintain enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines across multiple business-critical applications and services.
• Drive adoption of pipeline-as-code principles (Azure DevOps Jenkins)
• Automate build test and deployment workflows to reduce manual effort and ensure reliability.
• Implement advanced deployment strategies such as blue/green canary and rolling updates.

Integration and Collaboration          

• Partner with Frontend Backend Data and QA Engineers to ensure testing quality gates and security checks are fully embedded in pipelines.
• Work with Platform Engineers to ensure pipelines integrate seamlessly with Kubernetes clusters and container registries.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Engineering Operations leadership to align delivery capabilities and product and business needs.
• Coordinate with Information Security to integrate vulnerability scanning compliance checks and secure release practices.
• Collaborate regularly with Infrastructure Teams especially Cloud Engineering to align on requirements clarify priorities and deliver business value iteratively.

Observability Performance and Governance

• Establish pipeline monitoring alerting and reporting to ensure transparency of delivery performance.
• Define and track key metrics (build success rate deployment frequency change failure rate) aligned with engineering KPIs.
• Identify bottlenecks and proactively optimize pipeline performance to minimize developer friction
• Ensure pipelines adhere to governance frameworks while remaining lightweight and developer-friendly.

Leadership and Empowerment

• Act as a senior technical advisor for CI/CD within the DevOps function
• Mentor junior engineers and help drive a culture of automation and DevOps excellence across the organisation.
• Create self-service CI/CD tooling and templates that empower engineering teams to build and deploy independently.
• Contribute to the definition of the global software delivery operating model balancing standardization with localized flexibility.
• Ensure compliance with global standards information security policies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications :

Required Skills/Experience:

• 5-8 years of experience in CI/CD DevOps or build/release engineering ideally in a global or enterprise-scale environment.
• Hands-on expertise with modern CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps Jenkins).
• Strong proficiency in scripting and automation (Bash PowerShell YAML Python).
• Proven experience integrating test automation frameworks (unit integration performance security) into CI/CD workflows.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes containers and cloud-native deployments in Azure and GCP.
• Strong understanding of DevOps metrics observability and governance practices.
• Agile Development experience (Scrum/Kanban) including story estimation code reviews and pair programming.
• Experience working in distributed or remote teams and using tools such as Jira GitHub Miro and Azure DevOps.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills fluent in English and Spanish.
• Understanding of secure development practices and compliance frameworks (e.g. ISO27001 GDPR SOC2).

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Experience with GitOps practices.
• Knowledge of service mesh and cloud-native networking.
• Exposure to compliance-driven development (ISO27001 GDPR SOC2).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced growing tech environment and to foster change in larger organizations.
