Job Summary

Our team as part of the continued growth of our business is looking for a Senior Architect to support our strategic plan and further develop their experience in delivering multi-disciplinary projects. These projects span a diverse range of construction sectors including Transportation Healthcare Hospitality Aviation Workplace Logistics and Defense.
Working within a dynamic highly motivated and driven team you will be part of our project delivery mentor junior staff and help develop our future architects.
As a Senior Architect you will contribute to the winning management and delivery of moderate to large-scale projects within an international context.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage building projects for our clients throughout all stages: feasibility design permitting contractor procurement and construction.
- Ensure compliance with German building codes and regulations for projects in Germany.
- Provide creative direction and technical leadership to the team coaching and supporting team members.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver sustainable high-performance design solutions.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Mentor junior architects and contribute to the development of best practices within the team.

Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 810 years of professional experience including proven experience delivering diverse projects in both local and international contexts.
- Professional experience working in Germany and strong knowledge of German construction standards and regulations.
- A portfolio demonstrating high-quality design and project delivery is required.
- Previous experience working within a BIM environment; proficiency in Revit is essential.
- Fluent in German English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Strong knowledge of the full life cycle of a construction project.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
