Job Summary

The Duxbury Public Schools is seeking applicants for the position of Help Desk Support for Duxbury High School/Duxbury Middle School.

Part-Time Position: 10 hours per week

Essential Duties Include:

  • Monitoring the Help Desk to greet students and staff needing technology support
  • Issuing alternate devices when appropriate and documenting loaner devices as directed.
  • Supports technology staff in retrieving loaned devices from students
  • Documents walk-in service requests.

Requirements:

  • Must be a current DPS staff member assigned to Duxbury High School or Duxbury Middle School available from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM each day.
