Enstall is the worlds largest provider of rooftop solar mounting hardware. Solar installers have depended on us to secure more than 3.5GW of solar per annually on residential commercial and industrial roofs. Our brands in the U.S. include industry leaders IronRidge and PanelClaw.
What Youll Do
As a Technical Support Specialist working within the IT department at Enstall you will provide first-line technical support as well as assisting in training end users and developing and distributing end-user communications.
Job duties include:
- Provide first line technical support for the Office 365 Enterprise environment escalating to second line as needed
- Monitor and support daily interfaces between internal and external IT systems
- Assist in completing configuration script changes and non-coding solution changes as requested
- Assist in developing and distributing end user communications such as knowledge base articles and self-service options
- Provide training to users on different areas of supported systems
- Prepare computers for end users in accordance with policy
- Monitor internal ticketing system and adhere to service level agreements
- Perform any other duties as assigned
What Youll Bring
- A customer-focused mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills and a positive attitude is required.
- Bachelors degree in information technology computer science or other equivalent field of study or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a corporate IT environment/infrastructure
- Azure/O365 certifications preferred
- Experience with Windows OS and Office 365 applications; general knowledge of application lifecycle as related to Office 365
- Basic understanding of cloud solutions
- Able to understand user requirements and provide appropriate recommendations or solutions.
- Self-starter skilled at troubleshooting and multitasking. Able to determine priorities set goals and create a plan for completing your own projects and tasks
- Exposure to other various software (AutoCAD Solid works Adobe) is a plus
Where Youll Be Located
This is a hybrid position and is required to be onsite 3 days/week (Tuesday-Thursday) in our corporate office in Hayward California. The other 2 days/week can typically be worked remotely but may be in-office if/when needed for business purposes.
What Well Offer
We offer competitive compensation determined by each individuals relevant experience skills education and location. We anticipate the base salary for this position to be between $70000 and $80000/annually if located in the San Francisco Bay Area addition to base salary Enstall employees are eligible for either an annual bonus or commission depending on their position. If your desired salary falls outside of these rates we hope youll still apply as there may be other positions that are better aligned.
