**Per Diem** Pediatric Intensivist Opportunity in Memphis TN - Apply Today!
Responsibilities
Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking board-certified/board-eligible Pediatric Intensivists to join our collaborative PICU team on a per diem basis at Spence and Becky Wilson Baptist Childrens Hospital located on the campus ofBaptist Memorial Hospital for Womenin beautifulGermantown TNa vibrant suburb of Memphis.
Position Highlights:
- 300400 annual PICU admissions
- In-house daytime coveragewithat-home night call
- Procedural sedationprovided in the PICU
- Responsibilities include:
- Admissions and management of critically ill pediatric patients
- Family consultations and communication with referring physicians
- Work alongside a dedicatedPediatric Hospitalist teamalso managed by Pediatrix
- Access to a wide range of pediatric subspecialty support including:
- Neurology Cardiology GI Orthopedics ENT Pulmonology and Pediatric Surgery

Qualifications
- Board certified/Board eligible in Pediatric Critical Care
- TN Medical License or active IMLC preferred
- Minimum 1 year post-fellowship clinical experience required
- Minimum 1 year recent clinical experience required
Benefits and Compensation
Pediatrix does cover your travel expenses (round trip flight/rental car or mileage and lodging) for those who reside outside a commutable distance from the practice.
We also cover your malpractice insurance for this W-2 per diem position.
