What You Will Do:
The Compression Systems Module Center (CSMC) organization is searching for a Senior Supervisor Materials todrive our materials and logistics transformation.
The success of the Senior Supervisor Materials will be measured by developing strategies and executing goals with the business units/departmentsand objectives to meet capacity requirements inventory controls cost reduction objectives on time delivery and control tower measures.
Will work directly with CSMC administration materials operations and 3PL organizations as well as the internal manufacturing groups to redefine processes execute on business requirements and deliver to customer expectations.
Execute materials transformation initiatives anddrive a strategic materials management architecture to include the releasing of material managing handling methods kittingand material movement following the fundamentals of line back logistics
Provide leadership and direction with emphasis on change management.
Ensure that CSMC is transforming to meet the customer demands of a manufacturing environment
Establish and execute standards and expectations for work effort and performance. Provide feedback on performance to those standards
Implement lean manufacturing measures to insure value streams and shop operations are balanced at all times and/or to be able to identify areas of opportunity quickly
Qualifications You Must Have:
A Bachelors degree and a minimum of 5 years experience in an engineering manufacturing operations materials management or closely related industrial environment OR an Associates degree and 7 or more years experience in an engineering manufacturing operations materials management or closely related industrial environment
In absence of a degree High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of 9 years experience in an engineering manufacturing operations materials management or closely related industrial environment
Working knowledge of shop practices processes and procedures
Experience using Microsoft Office
Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers as they are essential to the development of our engines.
The salary range for this role is 82000 USD - 164000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
