• Collaborate closely with paralegals and managing attorneys to efficiently progress cases and develop strategic approaches
• Advocate fervently for clients crafting case strategies that prioritize their needs and best interests
• Represent clients in court proceedings oversee asset division and meticulously prepare cases from inception to resolution
• Take charge of client meetings uphold well-organized case files and offer legal counsel on various family law matters
• Approach client interactions with compassion particularly in cases concerning delicate subjects like child custody and domestic violence
• Foster enduring client relationships to uphold the firms dedication to personalized and attentive service

Who You Are:

• Experience: A minimum of ten years in Family Law litigation with substantial courtroom experience
• Credentials: J.D. from an accredited law school with an active license in MD or DC (dual license preferred)
• Skills: Strong communication critical thinking and time management skills; adept at negotiation and client relationship management
• Mindset: A problem-solver with a client-first mentality who can remain composed under pressure and guide clients with empathy

Preferred Skills:

• Estate Planning experience
• Innovative problem-solving capabilities
