An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Compliance Manager to lead regulatory compliance initiatives within a dynamic multi-jurisdictional team.

The Role:
- Oversee all aspects of regulatory compliance ensuring full compliance with Irish and EU regulations.
- Develop and maintain robust compliance policies and procedures.
- Serve as the key contact for regulatory bodies managing all compliance-related communications and strategies.
- Conduct audits and compliance reviews to identify and mitigate risks effectively.
The Person:
- Must hold a relevant third-level qualification or professional certification in Compliance.
- Requires extensive experience in a compliance role within the financial services sector preferably with brokerage experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Irish and EU regulatory frameworks particularly AML/CTF & GDPR.
- Strong leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills able to influence at all organizational levels.
