The Role:

Oversee all aspects of regulatory compliance ensuring full compliance with Irish and EU regulations.
Develop and maintain robust compliance policies and procedures.
Serve as the key contact for regulatory bodies managing all compliance-related communications and strategies.
Conduct audits and compliance reviews to identify and mitigate risks effectively.

The Person:

Must hold a relevant third-level qualification or professional certification in Compliance.
Requires extensive experience in a compliance role within the financial services sector preferably with brokerage experience.
Demonstrated knowledge of Irish and EU regulatory frameworks particularly AML/CTF & GDPR.
Strong leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills able to influence at all organizational levels.
