Job Description

Role: Assistant Town Planner
Client: Leading Planning & Development consultancy
Essentials: Degree in Town Planning Development or similar; 1 years professional experience; Strong research analytical and communication skills; keen interest in Irish planning policy and development frameworks
Location: South Dublin (office-based)
Salary:DOE

Key Responsibilities

Planning Support

  • Assist with the preparation of planning applications appeals and development appraisals.
  • Support colleagues in conducting research policy reviews and site assessments.

Project Delivery

  • Contribute to project coordination across residential commercial and mixed-use schemes.
  • Assist in liaising with local authorities and design teams.
