Role: Assistant Town Planner

Essentials: Degree in Town Planning Development or similar; 1 years professional experience; Strong research analytical and communication skills; keen interest in Irish planning policy and development frameworks
Location: South Dublin (office-based)

Key Responsibilities
Planning Support
- Assist with the preparation of planning applications appeals and development appraisals.
- Support colleagues in conducting research policy reviews and site assessments.
Project Delivery
- Contribute to project coordination across residential commercial and mixed-use schemes.
- Assist in liaising with local authorities and design teams.
