This Position reports to:
Sustainability ManagerYour role and responsibilities (Mandatory)
In this role you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a internship. Each day you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABBs operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.
The work model for the role is: Global Sustainable Sourcing Intern
This role is contributing to all ABB Business Areas and Divisions in all the countries where we operate. Main stakeholders are global division supply chain and sustainability representatives.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Supply chain greenhouse gases (GHG) emissions reduction program
Support supply chain GHG reduction program activities i.e. tracker and dashboard maintenance administrate data collection tool access and prepare regular statistics reports etc.
Maintain Global Supply Chain GHG emissions reduction program internal website.
Coordinate supplier engagement project.
Collect EU US and China directives/regulations as well as associated technical norms on greenhouse gas emissions.
Other assignments from manager.
Sustainable Supply Base Management (SSBM) program
Support SSBM program activities. Create analysis reports and visuals for management review.
Facilitate SSBM program new country and new tool roll-out and new assessor on-board trainings. Moderate training sessions.
Collect EU US and China directives/regulations as well as associated technical norms on social and environmental aspects.
Other assignments from manager.

Qualifications for the role
Degree in Sustainability Sociality/Economic Management is preferred.
You are at ease communicating in excellent English and Mandarin.
Good at Microsoft Office applications i.e. Word Excel PowerPoint etc.
You are passionate about team working and cross-cultural communication. Being open-minded and detail-oriented.
Possess knowledge greenhouse gases emissions or sustainable sourcing due diligence is a plus.
