Red Canary a Zscaler company monitors an enterprises environment to detect and respond to cybersecurity threats so they can focus on their mission. Our Managed Detection and Response (MDR) solution is a unique blend of human expertise and security which protects organizations from modern adversaries as their teams work remotely move to the cloud and they adopt new cybersecurity and IT technologies.

Red Canary Account Development Representatives work closely with our sales team to identify qualified prospects for Red Canary via outbound sources and follow up on Sales Ready. Through your persistence determination and creativity you will help accomplish Red Canarys mission to make security better for businesses of all sizes. You will prioritize bringing new prospects to Red Canary via outbound and inbound methods. This is a quota carrying role.

Were looking for an experienced Account Development Representative to join our Account Development team. Reporting to the Manager Account Development youll be responsible for:

  • Actively prospecting and identifying potential customers through research on platforms like LinkedIn ZoomInfo
  • Initiating contact with prospects via phone calls emails and social media messages to introduce Red Canarys MDR security solutions
  • Qualifying outbound and inbound leads to identify opportunities for further exploration with your assigned territory team
  • Performing in-depth qualification with prospects to ensure readiness and identify product fit
  • Researching and identifying companies that could benefit from Red Canary product offerings and find creative ways to communicate and engage with them

What Were Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage many leads simultaneously while remaining organized
  • Coachable resilient and highly motivated to achieve in a metrics driven environment
  • Strong sense of accountability

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience but not mandatory using Salesforce ZoomInfo Linkedin SalesNavigator and SalesLoft a plus
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely

Zscalers salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) benefits.

Base Pay Range

$54600 - $57400 USD
