Job Summary

The Executive Account Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the account management team. This role requires exceptional organizational skills strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining high professional standards. You will be an integral part of ensuring smooth client coordination documentation management and account task execution.

Responsibilities

  • Support account executives with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.

  • Prepare update and maintain client records reports and documentation.

  • Manage scheduling meeting coordination and internal communications.

  • Assist in drafting proposals presentations and client materials.

  • Ensure timely follow-up on client requests and internal workflows.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and efficient project delivery.

  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
