Job Summary
Swim Instructor
Liverpool FWC Pool Bank Part Time
Salary up to 15.50 per hour depending on experience
Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.
As Britains largest Healthcare Charity were passionate about helping people find more ways to be fit and healthy. Now were looking for someone with a confident approachable manner and great communication skills to provide safe effective swimming lessons for our customers.
As a Swim Instructor at our Liverpool Fitness and Wellbeing Gym youll need to have a Swim England Level 2 or equivalent qualification together with a good track record of teaching swimmers of all ages and abilities. Experience required or willingness to learn to teach ducklings and adults as well as the Learn to Swim Programs. Must be available for 48 weeks of the year.
As a Swim Instructor you will:
Engage teach and inspire members of all ages to achieve their swimming goals
Make the most out of every opportunity to help people learn and develop
Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes
Be a positive role model with a fun engaging approach
Have high expectations of the swimmers and demonstrate good class management.
