Schedule for Inventory Specialist Precourt
- Schedule: 4x10 Monday Tuesday Thursday and Friday 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Flexible Day Off: One day off per week (Tuesday Wednesday or Thursday)
What Youll Do
As an Inventory Specialist youll be a key part of our Supply Chain team. Your day-to-day work helps clinical teams focus on patient care by making sure supplies and equipment are accurate available and ready when needed.
Maintain accurate inventory levelsthrough restocking cycle counting and inventory control for assigned areas.
Review supply needs prevent overstocking and help ensure efficient product turnover.
Conduct physical counts and investigate inventory discrepanciesupdating systems as needed.
Process supply deliveries by verifying quantities expiration dates and physical condition.
Respond to supply and equipment requestsboth routine and urgentwith prompt professional service.
Inspect equipment and supplies for expiration recalls or defects and report any issues.
Help manage bi-annual physical inventoriesand assist with reporting for supply tracking.
Keep all supply areas clean organized and well-maintained throughout daily operations.
Propose new ideas and assist with department initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.
Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in all work.

What You Bring
Preferred:1 year of experience in healthcare supply chain or materials management.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and hands-on environment.
Must be able to learn and use computers and digital systems within 90 days of hire.
