Schedule for Inventory Specialist Precourt
- Schedule: 4x10 Monday Tuesday Thursday and Friday 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Flexible Day Off: One day off per week (Tuesday Wednesday or Thursday)
- Maintain accurate inventory levelsthrough restocking cycle counting and inventory control for assigned areas.
- Review supply needs prevent overstocking and help ensure efficient product turnover.
- Conduct physical counts and investigate inventory discrepanciesupdating systems as needed.
- Process supply deliveries by verifying quantities expiration dates and physical condition.
- Respond to supply and equipment requestsboth routine and urgentwith prompt professional service.
- Inspect equipment and supplies for expiration recalls or defects and report any issues.
- Help manage bi-annual physical inventoriesand assist with reporting for supply tracking.
- Keep all supply areas clean organized and well-maintained throughout daily operations.
- Propose new ideas and assist with department initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.
- Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in all work.
- Preferred:1 year of experience in healthcare supply chain or materials management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and hands-on environment.
- Must be able to learn and use computers and digital systems within 90 days of hire.
