Interview Mode - Face to Face Only (Walk-in)
Title -US Customer Service
Location - Work from home
Shift - 5 days working 9 hours shift
Salary - Up to 40K CTC Night Allowance
Job Description
- 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred.
- Dealing with Truck drivers for the bills and documents and tracking the shipment.
- Handle customer service/Drivers inquiries and provide support.
- Experience with US process and inbound calling is preferred
- Willingness to work night shifts as per US time zone
- Knowledge of US logistics and BPO industry is a plus
- No Sales/ No Targets.
