Position Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who is passionate about travel and enjoys helping this role you will support travelers throughout their booking journey answering questions resolving concerns and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with inquiries regarding travel options bookings and itineraries
Provide accurate and timely information via phone email or chat
Handle changes cancellations and special requests with professionalism
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service delivery
Document and track client interactions to maintain service quality
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Prior customer service call center or hospitality experience is a plus
