Site Manager Dublin City Centre
- Healthcare Fitout
- Salary up to 80000 Bonus Van & Fuel Card
Were looking for a Site Manager for a live Healthcare Fitout project in Dublin city Centre. This is an immediate-start role with a well-supported site team and a strong pipeline of secured work. Initial phase runs through to April 2026.
Candidate should come from a fitout background with healthcare experience. This is a live environment so previous work on phased or occupied projects is a clear advantage.
Role Responsibilities:
Oversee daily site operations and subcontractor coordination
Ensure programme safety and quality targets are met
Manage site logistics reporting and client communication
Deliver high-quality work in a live phased healthcare environment
Requirements:
5 years experience in Site Management
Background in fitout; healthcare experience essential
Strong understanding of drawings programmes and safety systems
- Excellent communication and leadership on live sites
