Manager Contracts with French

We are now looking for Manager Contracts with French to join our team.

Daily challenges:

• Provide advice and support in connection with a range of contract types including drafting and reviewing change control notices small contract documents legal research and contract interpretation.
• Provide ongoing advice to account teams regarding legal and commercial implications of specific terms and conditions in contracts including by negotiating analyzing drafting and reviewing IT contracts with respect to contracting and commercial activities.
• Assist account teams with change control notices and amendments to existing agreements.
• Perform appropriate legal administrative and operational research to support the proposal and contract development.
• Maintain deadlines on deliverables and communicate on an ongoing basis with business partners and internal clients about contractual issues.
• Working closely with DXCs pursuit teams on RFPs and new business opportunities and guide DXCs managers and ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
• Develop DXCs positions on various legal matters.

eXperience and skills required:

• Masters degree in Law; (A Business or Law Degree from a European/ US University is an advantage).
• Professional Fluency in English.
• Professional Fluency in French.
• 2 - 4 years experience in a law firm and/or global corporation. Outsourcing/supplier experience would be considered an advantage.
• Ability to provide guidance/interpretation on existing contract provisions and demonstrable knowledge and judgment about contractual and commercial risks/issues in transactions.
• Good working knowledge of the fundamental legal provisions of commercial contracts.
• Good understanding of license agreements and their key contractual provisions would be considered as a plus.
