Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable CDL B Driver with Airbrakes to join our waste management team in Tulsa. The CDL B Driver with Airbrakes will operate refuse collection vehicles to collect residential and commercial waste and recyclables safely and efficiently. As a CDL B Driver with Airbrakes youll play an essential role in supporting community services while ensuring compliance with DOT and company safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operate rear-load side-load or front-load garbage trucks equipped with airbrakes
Follow assigned routes and schedules for waste collection
Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment
Ensure safe loading and unloading of waste materials
Communicate effectively with dispatch and supervisors
Maintain accurate records of pickups mileage and fuel usage
Adhere to local state and federal DOT regulations
Provide courteous customer service and report service issues
Assist with minor truck maintenance and cleanliness

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of CDL B driving experience (must be listed on resume for insurance purposes)
Valid CDL Class B license with Airbrake endorsement
Clean driving record and ability to pass DOT drug screening
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
Strong attention to safety and detail
Excellent time management and communication skills
