As Enterprise Risk & Culture Manager youll shape Suncorps risk culture strategy lead enterprise risk governance and deliver insights that influence decision-making at the highest levels. Youll work across teams to embed frameworks that support a strong values-aligned risk culture.
What Youll Do
- Lead the development and implementation of Suncorps risk culture strategy frameworks and measurement tools to drive cultural alignment across the Group
- Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to embed risk culture behaviours and processes
- Deliver strategic oversight of enterprise risk practices
- Design and deliver high-quality reporting for executive and board-level stakeholders including CRO reports and risk scorecards
- Maintain and enhance the Oversight Standard ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and best practice
What Youll Bring
- Proven experience in risk management and assurance with a strong understanding of governance frameworks and cultural transformation
- Skilled in synthesising complex data into actionable insights with strong written communication for executive audiences
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional collaboration
- Experience in developing and implementing enterprise-wide frameworks and reporting tools
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking with the ability to balance risk and opportunity
- Objectively analyse information situations or problems in order to form a reasoned judgment or make a sound decision. This includes being able to question assumptions evaluate evidence and consider alternative perspectives before reaching conclusions
