As a Surgical Equipment Manager you willbe Responsible for establishing and Implementing Equipment Support plan for a designated client base or implementation of a specific program to effectively support the patient journey and properly position Alcon and its brands as technical and scientific Support .
A typical day in this role will include:
- Responsible for driving promotion and development in the designated accouDevelop customer centric strategy dedicated KAM action plans for assigned accounts aligns on account objectives and executes.
- Establish and develop longterm relationships with key customers.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their needs and objectives.
- Lead the preparation of strategies and individual tactical plans and to give strategic input in terms of analysis future potential and key programs required for the accounts.
- Prepare requred Support for new lounched product guide initiatives that the company launches to target particular account.
- Analyze Market Share including competitive intelligence activities on key accounts and key competitors.
- Organize customer events and other programs independently or with marketing/medical department in line with agreed Support and tactical plans.
- Contribute to the mapping of stakeholders including segmentation and profiling and provide accurate and timely data for the Alcon CRM system.
- Responsible for establishing and implementing KPI planed for a designated client base.
WE ARE SEEKING:
- Education/Background: Optometrist background
- Experience: With at least 2 4 years in medical devices
- Computerskills(MicrosoftExcelWordPowerPointOutlookInternetExplorerhighlevelofEnglish fluency with Arabic language
- Role is based in Riyadh
- Willing totravel 20 30 (Central Region)
