Job Description
- Agile Expertise: Proven experience in Agile methodologies particularly Scrum and Scaled Agile with a strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
- Team Leadership: Ability to lead and facilitate three Agile teams ensuring effective collaboration communication and adherence to Scrum processes.
- Conflict Resolution: Strong skills in conflict resolution and problem-solving to address team challenges and foster a positive team environment.
- Coaching and Mentoring: Experience in coaching team members on Agile practices and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Jira Proficiency: Proficient in using Jira for project management including creating and managing boards tracking progress generating reports/dashboard and creating Jira Plans (roadmaps).
