Job Description
Salary: $115000.00
We have partnered with a large meat packaging company in the Greeley CO area to provide them with a Revenue Operations Manager. Please review the description below and let us know if you are interested.
Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Revenue Operations Manager:
#1. Must have exp working in the CPG agriculture and animal protein industries.
#2. Must have experience in a corporate environment with experience both building and managing pricing revenue and margin management teams and processes with a clear understanding of different models and approaches in the food space for both retail and food service channels.
#3. Must have experience in process change management.
#4. No more than 3 jobs in the last 10yrs.
Requirements for the Revenue Operations Manager:
- Masters degree in business Strategy Finance Mathematics Economics or related field.
- Background working in CPG agriculture and animal protein industries preferred.
- 6 years of work experience in a corporate environment with experience both building and managing pricing revenue and margin management teams and processes with a clear understanding of different models and approaches in the food space for both retail and food service channels.
- Proven experience in budgeting and managing trade and promotional accruals and familiarity with end-to-end payment workflows.
- Experience in process change management.
- Strong analytical background with clear understanding of different business objectives / insights methodologies and frameworks with proven hands-on experience and career progression.
- Leadership with excellent communication networking collaborative and relational skills.
- Strong analytical consultative and problem-solving skills.
- Availability and service-oriented mindset.
- Organized and strong planner.
- Experience with Price Pack Architecture TPM Yield and Margin Management frameworks.
- Project management experience and capability building.
- Great ability to communicate and present insights to a non-technical audience.
- Working knowledge of supply chain and manufacturing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and other sales pricing and trade solutions.
- Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
