Job Description
Role: Salesforce Business Analyst
Mode: Remote
Visa: USC
Required Skills & Experience
- 3 years as a Salesforce Business Analyst Admin or hybrid BA/Admin in enterprise environments.
- Hands-on Salesforce expertise including:
- Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud
- Salesforce Lightning Flows Validation Rules Objects Profiles Apex familiarity
- Strong BA skills:
- Requirements gathering user stories BRDs acceptance criteria
- Agile/Scrum methodology backlog management stakeholder demos
- UAT leadership and QA support in enterprise-scale projects
- Proficiency with JIRA Confluence Agile delivery tools.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical enterprise stakeholders.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
