Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Techno-Functional Project Manager to lead a Workday process standardization and global end-to-end implementation program. This role combines strong program management with Workday functional expertise to streamline HR processes and enable global transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Workday implementation with a focus on process harmonization across HR Payroll Talent and Finance functions.
- Collaborate with global HR stakeholders to define standard operating models and drive adoption.
- Manage design workshops configuration testing UAT and deployment.
- Ensure smooth integration with third-party HR/Finance systems.
- Drive change management training and knowledge transfer across global regions.
- Monitor project performance risks and budget to ensure on-time delivery.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 12 years of experience in HR/ERP program management with strong Workday implementation experience.
- Expertise in Workday HCM Core HR Payroll Compensation Recruiting and Talent modules.
- Proven track record in process design and global HR standardization initiatives.
- Experience in large-scale end-to-end Workday implementations across multiple geographies.
- Strong leadership communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Workday certifications preferred (HCM Payroll Compensation etc.).
