Position: Senior Oracle APEX Developer
Location: Raleigh NC (27601)
Client: State of North Carolina
Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
We are seeking two highly experienced Senior Oracle APEX Developers with 6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Application Express (APEX) and Oracle Database development. The ideal candidates will be responsible for designing developing and deploying secure modular applications while ensuring database integrity performance and security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of Oracle APEX applications with a focus on security.
- Develop complex PL/SQL procedures functions and packages to support business logic.
- Optimize database objects and drive performance tuning and SQL optimization.
- Integrate applications with external systems using REST APIs and JSON/XML.
- Implement and maintain SSO authentication/authorization with Entra ID (Azure AD).
Required Technical Skills:
- 6 years of enterprise Oracle APEX development experience.
- Expert proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
- Deep knowledge of Oracle Database (12c/19c or higher).
- Experience with advanced APEX components (Interactive Grids REST-enabled SQL).
- Strong expertise in integrating APEX with RESTful services JSON and JavaScript.
