Job Description

Do you enjoy guiding teams to deliver high-quality software while continuously improving processes Were looking for a Scrum Manager wholl be at the heart of project deliveryfacilitating roadmaps sprint planning daily scrums and release management. Youll collaborate closely with stakeholders product owners and development teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time within scope and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Tertiary Degree or a relevant qualification (recommended)
Scrum Master or Project Management Certification (highly recommended)
Proven track record in project delivery ideally in IT/software
Experience with capacity and utilisation planning
Valid South African Code 08 drivers licence
Technical background and strong presentation skills (advantageous)
