The Role: BD / Lead Generation Consultant

This is an entry-level Business Development role focused on lead generation and market engagement. Youll be the front line of the sales process researching companies launching outreach campaigns and generating warm leads for senior consultants to convert. Its a high-impact support role with a clear growth path toward full BD or 360 recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and map potential clients within tech digital and data markets
  • Build and run targeted outreach campaigns via email LinkedIn and calls
  • Generate warm leads and maintain a steady pipeline for senior consultants
  • Support the BD team with client list building proposal preparation and campaign coordination
  • Begin relationship-building by introducing the agency to new prospects
  • Track market and competitor activity to support business development strategy

About You

  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment (tech digital or data sectors preferred)
  • Proven track record of consistency and reliability in previous roles
  • Confident communicator who can comfortably approach senior stakeholders
  • Results-driven and motivated by hitting personal and team targets
  • Self-motivated and organized comfortable working remotely full-time
  • Resilient and personable to handle rejection and keep momentum
  • Ideally familiar with both UK and US markets and accustomed to UK hours
  • Clear neutral English communication style (no strong accent)
