Job Description
The HR Manager for Southeast Asia will oversee and support HR operations across our Southeast Asia offices. The individual will collaborate with the leadership teams in each office to develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth and a positive employee experience. This role involves administering employee policies recruitment and onboarding processes managing employee relations payroll employee learning and development and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. This role will be based out of our Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam office and will support our Southeast Asia offices and employees.
