Lead the Way as a Customer Banking Team Leader
Auswide Bank is on an exciting journey of growth and were looking for a motivated and experienced leader to join our team as aCustomer Banking Team Leader.
As part of our united financial services group MyState Bank Auswide Bank SelfCo and TPT Wealth youll help shape exceptional banking experiences for our customers and empower your team to thrive.
In this role youll lead a team providing daily direction coaching and support to ensure high quality service across all customer touchpoints - in-branch over the phone and online. Youll play a hands on role in customer interactions especially in resolving complex enquiries and complaints while driving performance compliance and continuous improvement.
Were looking for someone with strong leadership skills a passion for customer service and the ability to inspire and develop others. Experience in banking lending or managing customer-facing teams is highly regarded.
