ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
GENERAL DUTIES:Assists Team Leader and Manufacturing Manager in resolutions of situations that arise during shifts / Ayuda al Team Leader y al Manufacturing Manager en la resolucin de situaciones que surjan durante los turnos.

Responsible for auditing Operators documentation of products manufactured by the assigned machines following applicable visual inspection instructions. / Responsable de auditar la documentacin del Operador de los productos en las mquinas asignadas siguiendo las instrucciones de inspeccin visual aplicables.

Maintains good communication with the Operators that will run the machines regarding any important issue that occurred in the machine with the product quality etc. / Mantiene buena comunicacin con los Operadores del turno asignado a sus mquinas con relacin a asuntos que hayan ocurrido en la mquina producto aspectos de calidad etc. Trains other Operators as required. / Adiestra a otros Operadores segn le sea requerido. Depending on the needs in the operations will assist the Team Leader and/or Molding Specialist with various functions during the shift including working as an Operator. / Segn las necesidades en las operaciones asistir al Team Leader y/o Molding Specialist con varias funciones durante el turno incluyendo trabajar como Operador. Assist employees in problem solving of job related matters and will referred to Human Resources all employees situations that may affect work environment and team performance. / Ayuda a los empleados en la solucin de problemas relacionados con el trabajo y referir a Team Leader o Recursos Humanos todas las situaciones de los empleados que puedan afectar el ambiente de trabajo y el desempeo del equipo. Attend all requested training or company meetings. / Asiste a los adiestramientos y reuniones de la compaa segn sea requerido. May participate in internal committees like Safety improvement events etc. as required./ Podra participar en Comits internos tales como Safety eventos de mejora etc. segn sea requerido.
