Job Description

Queen City Endodontics a thriving specialty practice in Mooresville is looking for a motivated Dental Operations Manager to lead our team and deliver world-class patient care. Your Role

As our Operations Manager youll take ownership of daily practice operations lead and develop the team and ensure that both patients and staff enjoy a seamless supportive experience. Youll partner closely with clinical leaders to manage office workflows financial performance and compliance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations to keep the practice running efficiently and patients satisfied
  • Managing budgets forecasts and financial performance to drive growth
  • Overseeing purchasing inventory and office supply planning
  • Ensuring compliance with OSHA HIPAA and other regulations
  • Monitoring and implementing KPIs to track success
  • Leading mentoring and developing staff through training and feedback
  • Overseeing insurance billing and AR processes including claims resolution
  • Handling escalated patient or staff concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Other responsibilities as needed

What Were Looking For

  • 2 years of experience in healthcare or dental office management (dental experience preferred but healthcare operations backgrounds considered)
  • Knowledge of insurance verification billing and AR processes
  • Experience with P&L oversight and cost control
  • Proven leadership skills with a focus on culture and accountability
  • Familiarity with dental EMR systems (WinOMS experience a plus)
  • A calm confident presence with the ability to lead through challenges and change

Schedule

Full-time Monday through Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM.

Position Base Pay Range

$55000 - $65000 USD
