Finance Manager .
We are a wholly-owned subsidiary of 42dot dedicated to pioneering autonomous driving R&D in China. Our new R&D hub in Lingang plays a key role in advancing local innovation and supporting business expansion in close collaboration with HQ and global teams.
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to establish and manage the financial operations of our Shanghai subsidiary. You will play a critical role in setting up treasury accounting tax and budgeting processes from the ground up ensuring transparency compliance with Chinese regulations and seamless collaboration with HQ. Proficiency in Chinese is required along with fluency in either English or Korean to enable effective communication with HQ
Responsibilities
/
Manage daily cash operations and liquidity; prepare regular reports to HQ
Perform monthly closing and handle tax filings
Prepare annual budgets and conduct variance analysis to support HQ reporting
Oversee expense reimbursements ensuring compliance with internal guidelines
Coordinate with external accounting firms tax authorities and banks
Establish and enhance financial processes during the subsidiarys early stage
Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in finance treasury or budget management
Strong knowledge and practical experience in Chinese accounting standards and tax regulations
Proactive and responsible with strong ownership to drive tasks to completion
Detail-oriented ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial operations
Communicate effectively in Chinese plus fluency in either English or Korean
Preferred Qualifications
/
Experience in coordination between a Korean HQ and a Chinese subsidiary/branch
Proven experience in establishing and operating a new legal entity
Background in multinational corporations or dynamic startup environments
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders (HQ teams external firms regulatory bodies)
