Position Summary: The ETL Business Analyst I will conduct data integrity and product feature and functionality testing in Health Data Archiver in final build stages. The ETL Business Analyst will be responsible for assuring our customers receive high quality deliverables by completing a proper build handoff to the customer using a completed high-quality build and a confidence package. This position is an in-office in-person or hybrid role if local to South Bend or remote if not local to South Bend. Primary Responsibilities: - Ensure accuracy of data in HDA as it leaves data build phase
- Specific emphasis on ensuring HDA product features and functionality will meet and/or exceed customer expectations
- Specific emphasis on data accuracy to ensure data values match up with the data as shown in the source application
- Conduct surface level validation between HDA and source application by doing screen comparisons
- Review SOW and archive requirements to ensure customer expectations are met with each archive delivered
- Coordinate meetings with the client to hand-off archive for customer confirmation
- Completes and delivers a QA confidence package for the customer coming out of the build phase to instill a greater confidence that their archive has been thoroughly validated and the correct amount of data was migrated into their archive
- Work with other members of the RPA team to implement and execute automated validation methods to reduce time needed to validate archives
- Triage customer requests during confirmation phase understand if they are in scope and pass back to build team as necessary
- Work with Data Integration Manager/Associate Data Integration Manager to groom and size new project work as well as manage tasks and required work priorities
- User workflow walkthrough analysis and approval
- Works closely with IMP team to review requirements up front and deliver confidence packages when build is complete
- Works closely with ETL build team to ensure build is within scope and meets customer expectations Troubleshoot issues that arise in QA process and make recommendations for resolution
- Works with customers as needed to resolve questions that may arise during the build QA and/or customer review phases
- Escalate at risk and off-track tasks to Data Integration Manager/Associate Data Integration Manager in a timely fashion
- Completes other job-related assignments and special projects as directed
