Job Description
Title: Fulfillment Associate
Location: Fort Worth TX
Reports to: Warehouse Manager
Position Summary:
The Fulfillment Associate position consists of working in a warehouse environment receiving picking packing inspecting and shipping customer orders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Select inspect and package products for shipment based on customer orders
- Use technology including computers and tablets to sort and prepare orders
- Survey items for damage or defects
- Keep products separated organized and in good rotation
- Follow safety protocols and report problems to mitigate safety issues
- Operate various pieces of equipment such as pallet jacks pallet wraps and picking carts
- Utilize a continuous improvement mindset and assist in identifying opportunities to increase efficiency
- Investigate inventory discrepancies by cycle counting
- Maintain a clean sanitary and safe work area
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Skills/Abilities:

Must have:
Ability to speak and read the English language
Ability to understand and follow directions
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to communicate and interact with all levels of team members within the organization
Ability to commit to a schedule of Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm with possible overtime
Possess a high attention to detail
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years prior material handling experience
Physical endurance and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
Tolerance for repetitive activity
Dexterity
Punctual
Reliable
Forklift experience is a plus
