Are you ready to lead complex business development and strategic sales initiatives at a leading IT consulting firm with strong local presence
As Vice President Consulting Services you will lead our Manufacturing Unit with focus on ERP based in Gothenburg and help to deepen our footprint with large named accounts in the manufacturing segment. You have a true passion for strategic ERP initiatives on a large scale and you want join and help continue to shape a dynamic and forward-thinking business.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
We expect you to combine strong entrepreneurial and leadership skills with market knowledge and a relevant network to deliver best-in-class IT services with a focus on ERP. You are proactive results-oriented and thrive on achieving success together with your team.
This is a high-impact leadership role where you will combine your deep expertise in Management with domain knowledge in Manufacturing / ERP to influence real business outcomes.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
You are an experienced executive leader with a strong track record in the consulting industry and who have the insight necessary to continue building scalable ERP business with large clients operating on both a national and global level. You have the ability to merge local and international perspectives and bring our clients a comprehensive offering with a clearly defined outcome.
Key qualifications:
Minimum 15 years of experience in the consulting industry including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Deep understanding of the digital transformation landscape within the manufacturing sector.
Demonstrated success in IT/Consulting and strategic sales particularly in building executive-level presence and engineering complex deals.
Proven ability to deliver results in large complex organizations.
Strong analytical skills and a pragmatic solution-oriented mindset.
You are a strategic thinker with the ability to define and execute long-term plans in a complex environment. You lead with inspiration and integrity and you value people as the foundation of success.

This roles is based at our office in Gothenburg.
