This Position reports to:
Production Engineering ManagerAt ABB we help important industries outrun - leaner and cleaner.

Your Role and Responsibilities
Lead new product transfer & introduction Project and ramp-up capability set up.
According to the requirements from APQA actively participate in the research and development of new products and timely prepare effective processes (such as instructions PFMEA etc.) and process quality control documents.
Introduce new equipment & tools before production. Optimize the equipment/tool design so as to improve production efficiency.
Develop manufacturing technology lead production line automation and digital intelligence transformation.
Qualifications for the Role
Bachelor degree or above motor electrical mechanical background and Industrial Engineering.
At least 3 years working experience in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
Proficient in CAD & Office& fluent in spoken and written English Skill.
Strong self-learning ability constantly learn new knowledge and skills according to the requirements of Job Roles and can correctly apply to the actual work.
Good in execution planning teamwork and communication.
