Job Description
- Attend treatment review meetings as needed.
- Ensure recreation schedule is carried out accurately and in a timely manner.
- Oversee plan promote and participate in special event activities.
- Assess needs of recreation equipment and facilities for needed repairs and replacement.
- Inventory and purchase needed recreation supplies.
- Ensure all provisions of recreation programs comply with governing regulations.
- Ensure monthly progress notes are written appropriately and in a timely manner.
- Provide adequate recreation activities to promote independent leisure lifestyles to include: weekday and weekend activities 1-on-1 recreation off-campus and community involvement activities.
- Develop and submit recreational assessment for residents accurately and in a timely manner as requested
- Monitor necessary documentation on data collection sheets for accuracy appropriateness and timelines.
- Provide care and/or conduct patient/resident interactions in a manner appropriate for the age culture and population being served.
- Follow all safety policies and adheres to all workers compensation program guidelines.
