Office Manager Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day office functions
- Manage office staff
- Train and develop office staff
- Communicate with other departments on a regular basis
- Ensure records are maintained in orderly current and accurate fashion
- Perform 1 on 1 meetingswith each member of the office
- Host meetings with office staff on a weekly and monthly basis
- Fill in for office roles as needed
- Continue to grow the office as our dealership continues to grow
