Short Description
Seeking experienced CNA or BHT professionals for night shift coverage (7p7a) in Warm Springs MT . Candidates must be comfortable in adult psych settings skilled in de-escalation techniques and open to working in a float pool environment.
Job Responsibilities
Assist residents with daily living activities (hygiene bathing oral care dressing).
Perform health-related tasks (vital signs specimen collection emergency support).
Transport residents to and from appointments as needed.
Support behavioral health patients in crisis with de-escalation strategies.
Accurately observe record and report patient conditions.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe quality care.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Montana CNA certification (required).
Minimum 2 years of experience in an adult psych facility (required).
BLS certification (required).
CPI certification (highly desired).
1 year of travel contract experience preferred.
Strong communication teamwork and crisis management skills.
