The Human Resources Manager will serve as a strategic partner and consultant for the organization with a primary focus on employee relations (40%) manager engagement (20%) and HR generalist functions (30%). This role supports the organization through proactive coaching conflict resolution policy development and compliance with employment laws. The HR Manager will foster a culture of trust engagement and continuous improvement aligned with LSSs mission.
Hybrid work environment with travel to programs across the MN.
This role pays between $79000-$83000.
