Job Description
Our client Ryan is an award-winning global tax services and software provider and the largest firm in the world dedicated exclusively to business taxes. Headquartered in Dallas Texas Ryan delivers a fully integrated suite of federal state local and international tax services across multiple jurisdictions. Their expertise spans tax recovery consulting advocacy compliance and technology services.
Responsibilities:
- Design build and maintain efficient reusable and reliable code;
- Ensure high performance quality and responsiveness of applications;
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks bugs and other technical issues;
- Maintain clean well-structured and automated codebases.
Requirements:
- 3 years of commercial experience as a PHP/Laravel Developer;
- Solid expertise in PHP and the Laravel framework;
- Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Design principles;
- Hands-on experience with the LAMP stack (Linux Apache MySQL PHP);
- Experience with YAML and XML documents and files;
- Skilled in working with 3rd party APIs and web services;
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6 TypeScript) HTML and CSS;
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems;
- Understanding of software development principles and Agile/SCRUM methodologies;
- Strong communication and teamwork skills;
- Responsibility reliability and a proactive attitude.
