What Youll Do

• Expert Performance Monitoring:Work on expert performance monitoring root cause analysis and proactive performance optimization for our S/4HANA Cloud Public customers with a strong focus on HANA and SQL analysis.
• Proactive System Investigation:Proactively investigate potential system bottleneck situations to ensure optimal performance.
• Technology Adoption:As we transform S/4HANA Cloud public edition into a true SaaS solution youll adopt new technologies and leverage cloud technology standards.
• Framework Development:Extend our monitoring reporting and alerting framework by developing in (SQL) script languages.
• Performance Standardization:Engage with various units within ERP Cloud Delivery and SAP to set performance standards and work on existing ones

What You Bring

• Education:Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or Business Information Technology.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Very good experience with HANA database analysis.
  • Strong understanding of SAPs ABAP Platform and S/4HANA.
  • Excellent SAP workload and end-to-end performance analysis skills.
• Analytical Skills:Complex thinking strong analytical skills and creativity in solving challenging problems.
• Work Style:Conceptual and structured work style with a strong sense for prioritization; result and execution-oriented.
• Communication Skills:Customer focus and strong interpersonal verbal presentation and writing skills.
• Motivation:High level of motivation flexibility and agility.
• International Experience:Motivated to work in an international and fast-paced environment.
• Experience:3-5 years of experience in service engineering or technical operations roles
