GroupM is the worlds largest media investment company and are a part of fact we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally. We are currently looking for a Performance Executive to join this role you will be responsible for managing RTB campaigns especially for Red.

In this role your goals will be:
In three months:
- Have knowledge of Red and search and knowledge of other RTB business-related platforms will be an advantage.
- Be able to support manager writing the Red strategic plan and monitoring RTB campaign.
- Data analysis and provide post-campaign insights.
In six months:
- Provide campaign solutions to client manage deliver results.
- Support manager to synergize strategic plan and performance monitoring.
In Twelve months:
- Empower the whole team with your knowledge accumulation.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Quickly adapt to digital RTB plans for both product delivery and service model
- Ensure on-time and on-quality plan and review of digital RTB campaigns.
- Support manager to finish campaign plan and review.
- Work closely with functional teams internally and externally throughout campaign execution
What youll need:
- Bachelor degree or above;
- Proficient in excel PPT and other office software;
- Strong ability of data processing and strategic plan and analysis;
- Good communication and coordination skills able to independently undertake internal communication and external coordination with third-party partners.
- Experience in the Red and other search platform planning or operational experience will be preferred.
