You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs an In-Work Support Mentor you will play a critical role in providing ongoing support toparticipants with a disability injury or health conditionwho have secured will mentor and coach individuals helping them navigate the challenges of their new roles and ensuring they have the tools and resources to responsibilities will also include regular check-ins with participants providing guidance on workplace issues and connecting them with additional support services as needed to ensure sustainable ongoing employment. You will also collaborate with employers to foster a positive working relationship.

The ability to problem-solve and resolve conflicts are essential as well as the ability to provide tailored support to meet the unique needs of every client. Knowledge of Disability Employment Services or the Disability Sector will be highly regarded.
