About the role M te tranga mahi
The Learning Designer plays a lead role in shaping and delivering high-quality learning experiences. This role supports the continuous improvement of ACCs learning ecosystem by designing learner-centric practical and scalable solutions that align with organisational goals and values.
Youll collaborate with subject matter experts to translate technical content into accessible learning apply instructional design best practices and manage projects to deliver on time and to a high standard. Youll also contribute to specific programmes of work designing learning that supports change initiatives and helps bring the programmes impact to life.

The salary range for this role is $101287 $142993 with appointment depending on skills and experience and internal team relativities. ACC also offers 9% superannuation.
