About The Role

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Representative - Specification to join our team based in Murarrie Brisbane. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager Specification this role will focus on the achievement of the sales budget for our specification business requiring both the identification of new business opportunities and the growth of market share and sales margins within the Queensland region. Account management in the commercial segments with major builders and regular representation of our products to a variety of stakeholders will also be a key focus in this role.

The key responsibilities for this role will include but are not limited to:

  • Achieving budgeted sales and gross margins
  • Applying exceptional business development and planning skills
  • Developing and managing the specification/commercial opportunities
  • Establishing and maintaining strategic business partnerships
  • Monitoring competitor/customer activity and reporting on market intelligence

About You

Ideally with a background within the architectural specification market is preferred more critical will be your comprehensible sales success professional business acumen and ability to identify and achieve new business addition your approach drive and exceptional interpersonal skills will support the achievement of business opportunities and contribute directly to the bottom line.
