Job Description

FRC Community Alignment Coordinator

As the Family Resource Center Community Alignment Coordinator for Ellis County you will build develop and establish a new Family Resource Center in Ellis County. The Family Resource Center is a community-based location where parents go to that gain access to resources and services in their community. As the FRC Community Alignment Coordinator you will bring together parents providers and community partners to create a safe and comfortable space where all can collaborate and build a strong community for children and youth and their families in Ellis County. The person in this position needs to be friendly organized passionate about programs that impact families and know the community well. If you are interested in being a part of a team that is impacting families daily then we might be the place for you.

Minimum qualifications: Bachelors degree in a human services field such as (but not limited to) Child Development Psychology Social Work or Sociology. Spanish-speaking a plus.
