The Assembly Integration & Test Technician will work alongside other AI&T engineers and technicians in all aspects of testing Intergalactics aerospace systems and components to ensure a high standard of execution on program mission requirements delivering quality hardware and aiding the programs on all strategic contractual and tactical milestones from when the program is awarded to the final delivery of contracted intellectual and physical product to the customer.
The A/I & Test Technician fosters overall quality systems by coordinating with AI&T Test Engineers Program Managers and Systems Engineers on component and system testing plans procedures and cooperation with the Program and AI&T Management team the A/I & Test Technician
leads test execution on programs. This role is responsible for the technical execution of the testing while also serving as the primary test technician point of contact on assigned programs.

Responsibilities:
The Assembly Integration & Test Technician daily responsibilities will include:
- Read and accurately interpret test documents and accurately execute said procedures. Types of testing may include but is not limited to: a. Development Testing b. Verification and validation testing c. Safety of Flight d. Qualification Testing e. Acceptance Testing f. Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) g. Highly Accelerated Lifetime Testing h. Highly Accelerated Stress Screening
- Support and administer tests and testing requirements on high value assets/hardware. (May Include vibe shock TVAC and all other MIL-Std DO-160 and NASA standard testing)
- Take initiative to clarify uncertainties and in cooperation with engineering and other technical staff resolve and/or correct issues as appropriate.
- Operate machines hand tools power tools and refrigerant equipment in an aerospace AS9100 environment.
- Setup and operate a wide range of precision calibrated tools such as torque wrenches micrometers calipers depth gauges electrical & optical measuring instruments.
- Support engineering with diagnosis and troubleshooting of component level to full system level builds.
- Support engineering with various component and flight vehicle check outs including acceptance tests.
- Support payload handling and integration operations that include handling of spacecraft assemblies.
- Operate material/hardware handling equipment including but not limited to hoists lifts tugs and other ground support equipment as required.
- Perform assembly and system checkouts on ground support equipment related to all program testing including all spacecraft operations.
- Support root cause analysis and implement corrective action.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent with strong scores in science and mathematics.
- Minimum of 2 years of test experience working in aviation aerospace or space ideally working with flight and safety critical hardware assemblies that require high attention to detail and quality of workmanship.
This position is On-Site in St. George UT
This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
