Job Description

P1C3STSAs an experienced Scrum Master working for our leading client you serve as member of an agile team to design and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure stable and scalable way. Depending on the team that you join you could be developing mobile features that give our customers and clients more control over how they bank with the client strategizing on how big data can make clients trading systems quicker creating the next innovation in payments for merchants or supporting the integration of clients private and public cloud platforms. 6 to 8 years of experience as Scrum Master gathering program requirements define project plans & timelinesManage each projecs scope and timelineCoordinate sprints retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups Coach team members in Agile frameworksHelp build a productive environment where team members the product and enjoy working on it3 Experience in a scrum master roleExcellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done user stories automated testing backlogrefinementBe the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilityExcellent communication and servant leadership skills
